Beginning July 6, 2023, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) Health Insurance Team will offer virtual 10-minute one-on-one appointments every Thursday to address employee health insurance questions.
To reserve a timeslot, please sign up no later than 5:00 PM the day before the appointment using the link SignUp Genius below. Add the time and date to your calendar, along with the Zoom link, which is required to join the session. On the day of the appointment, click on Zoom meeting link 5 minutes prior to the meeting. A virtual lobby will open until an OHR Health Insurance team member will join in at your scheduled time slot.
Employees may also visit the OHR office from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday at 101 Monroe Street, 7th Floor OR create a service request online through MC311.
