The Department of Finance will be refunding LY2021, LY2020, and LY2019 for some tax accounts that have been double charged the Bay Restoration Fee (BRF), from WSSC on property tax bills. There are about 655 tax accounts that are affected by these refunds. Please note, a letter will not be included with the check, however, the identified property owners have received additional Real Property tax bills with the adjustments.
