Participating stores are now taking on line orders and deliveries for SNAP or food stamp benefits for recipients of the program. A consumer can use an EBT card to shop securely for fresh produce and groceries at participating stores in Maryland. Visit the online retailers to order groceries on line. The Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) allows elderly, homeless, and disabled SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, food stamps) recipients to use their SNAP benefits for prepared or hot food from participating restaurants and delis.
