MPDU Purchase Certificate Holders must notify the MPDU Office of any changes in household size, address, contact information or income (including a new loan pre-qualification letter). Please update information as soon as the change takes place by going to the MPDU Application Portal.
Updates in the MPDU system can take up to 30 days after document uploads. The MPDU office cannot honor last minute requests to update your certificate. Outdated information can impact your qualification to participate in the Random Selection Drawings and purchase an MPDU. You will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.
