Siebel End User Training provides users the required navigation skills needed to complete assigned service requests (SRs) from MC311 Customer Service Center and the Montgomery County web portal. Training is geared toward county employees who will be receiving and processing SRs.

Training participants are taught how to: locate SRs; update the status of SRs; make comments and how to make them visible to the public; and close SRs.

County employees can request end user training by clicking the "Create Service Request" button below. In the correct fields enter employee name; contact phone; and email address. In the "Brief Description" field add the name of your department; service and/or program. Training is virtual. Please allow at least 3 days lead time to ensure that your department has requested a user account on your behalf.
