Annual and semi-annual property tax bills are mailed to all homeowners every July. The tax bills are typically available on the website by July 1, after the County has received and processed billing data from the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation. The mailing of printed versions of tax bills should follow within 1-3 weeks.

Tax bills may also be printed from website (see link below) and mailed in with payment if the original tax bill was not received.

If you want a duplicate copy of your tax bill for any reason, including for enrollment of child in school copy of your tax bill, there is a $10 fee. Submit your request in writing to: Dept. of Finance, ATTN. Request for Tax Bill Copy, 27 Courthouse Square, Suite 200, Rockville, MD 20850. Payment is payable to: Montgomery County MD.
