Approved and current certificate holders need their log-in credentials to participate in the Random Selection Drawing (RSD). For MPDU units that are for Resale, an Offering Code Number is required to enter the field labeled Open House Number. To obtain the Offering Code Number, click on the development name of the house you are interested, and look at MPDU property's detail page. There you will see the name of the realtor and contact information. Pre-pandemic, open houses were a requirement of the MPDU Program, however, the practice is no longer required since COVID.

In order to receive the Offering Code, you must contact the realtor and provide your name, MPDU certificate number lender name and pre-approval amount. The realtor will give you the code number to enter in the Random Selection Drawing (RSD).
