Please contact the Crisis Center at 240.777.4000 if you or someone you know is a danger to themselves or others (or who are concerned about someone who is). Call the Crisis Center also for someone needing urgent mental health resources; if there is a workplace mental health support need; or a student is a threat to themselves or another at a school; or a child or adolescent is acting out.

The Center employs trained counselors/therapists for individuals experiencing acute crises, and needing to talk. Counselors can make an assessment to make recommendations for needed help.
