The Adult Behavioral Health Program (ABHP) is an Outpatient Mental Health Center, (OMHC),that serves primarily immigrant client population with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are site based and include therapy, as well as office based case management services. The program accepts public benefits such as Medicare and Medicaid but also utilizes the annual Department of Health and Mental Hygiene sliding fee scale; private insurance is not accepted.

No one is refused services based upon immigration status.

Most ABHP clinical staff are bilingual in English and either Spanish, Vietnamese or French. Clients speaking other languages are assisted by the use of a telephone translation service. The program is staffed with therapists, a part-time psychiatrist, and administrative staff. Walk-in appointments are not accepted.
