If a registrant is unable to attend a class or wishes to withdraw from scheduled training, the registrant may make the necessary change in the Learner Home page. The registrant would use the single sign on (SSO) and then select "Employee Self Service" (ESS) and reach the "Learner Home". If a registrant is not able to make the adjustment, the Office of Human Resources can make the necessary adjustments. Online users may submit a request by clicking on the "Create Service Request" button below. Please provide the requestor's name, phone number, email address, and a brief description of the request, along with the course title and the scheduled date and time of the class.
