The Center offers Case Management services to eligible pregnant women who are already enrolled in the Maternity Partnership Program and their children up to age one year. Case management services include education, assessment and referral, and assistance to clients in accessing health, economic and self-sufficiency services and programs. Eligibility for this program begins in the Office of Eligibility and Support Services (OESS) Health Care Eligibility Unit (HCEU). The health center also offers case management services to pregnant teens and infants at risk referred by community medical providers. Pregnancy testing is available, contact number for an update on how/if they will be administered.

Childhood Immunizations are available at this location. General dental care services are provided to pregnant women who are enrolled in the DHHS Maternity Partnership Program, and children who are on Medicaid.
