Common Ownership Community (COC) Registration fees are $6.50/unit; except for the City of Gaithersburg which is $5/unit. If a COC is currently registered, a renewal notice, and invoice will automatically be mailed to the Agent on or by July 1st of the new registration year. Renewal invoices will include instructions for online payments by credit cards or eCheck; however online payments for the next year cannot be made until July 1st of the new registration year.
