License certificates are issued to owners of multi-family facilities only and the license must be prominently displayed in the lobby, rental office, or other public place on the property during the license period. Single Family, Condominium and Accessory Dwelling Unit rental licenses can be printed by accessing the Licensing and Registration Online Network with an AccessMCG account. Login to the license record and go to the "General Information" tab and select the "Print License" link under the License Number. (See second link below).
