Due to capacity, applications and referrals are on hold until further notice.
The Colorectal Cancer Screening program provides free cancer screenings for colorectal cancer including colonoscopy and follow up care to eligible Montgomery County residents. The program provides care coordination and links patients to further diagnosis and treatment, if it is needed. The program also offers health education to promote cancer awareness and the importance of cancer screenings. For questions or to speak with someone in the office, call: 240.777.1750 to speak with a program representative.
Once an application is made, a letter will be mailed regarding approval for the program and scheduled for an appointment. If further follow up is needed, a nurse case manager will call and explain the results and provide any instructions and assistance.
