DHCA Licensing and Registration (L & R) assigns Contact ID numbers to customers who had a rental license or registered COC before October 10, 2016 or who do not have a valid email on file. L & R customers who applied online or with active email accounts do not have Contact ID numbers assigned. Contact ID numbers (if assigned) are shown on the top right corner of all L & R invoices. Customers will be prompted to enter their Contact ID and the license or COC number to verify their account the first time they login to the Licensing and Registration Online Network (An Access MCG account is required to login to the L & R Online Network). Once verified, all the rental properties or COCs associated with the customer's name and email address will be shown on the opening screen.

Contact ID numbers are NOT the same as the AccessMCG password; which is created by the user and used to login to AccessMCG.

Online users who have lost or forgotten their Contact ID may submit a request by clicking on the "Create Service Request" button below. Please provide the requestor's name, phone number, email address, and a brief description of the request. Please indicate the purpose for which the Contact ID is being requested and a DHCA staff member will email or call the requestor their Contact ID.
