Information regarding the licensing status of a property is available at the Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) Website using the link provided. Property owners should also check the DHCA link for their rental license application status as notifications are not sent.

Select "By Property" to enter property number and street name in Address. (Do not enter street type Ave, Rd, etc). For condominiums, do not enter unit number; For Multifamily Property, enter Apartment Name in "Community". Select Search and scroll to "Rental Licenses" and look under Status and Sub-status column. All licensed condominiums at that address are listed.

To search by license number, select "By Number" and enter License number in Case/License Number and select Search.
