Cable providers are permitted to work within the right-of-way (ROW) and the Public Utility Easement (PUE). The Cable Office has field Inspectors and works closely with Inspectors who are with the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services. Field Inspectors may be dispatched to visit the construction site to assure proper construction practices. Additionally, the cable operator/construction crew is accountable for proper restoration.
