Refunds for cancelled courses are automatically processed when a course is cancelled. Refund requests for all other purposes must be submitted in writing. Accounts may be verified online to see if a refund has been issued by logging in to your Active Montgomery account. If a credit balance resides on an account, you may request the credit be refunded in some instances. Refunds are returned to the customer in the same form as the payment was received, usually within two to three weeks.
