Persons wishing to compliment an employee should prepare a brief description of the employee's performance and mail it to the employee's district commander or division director. The Compliment/Complaint Form in the link may be used. For a list of districts, click the appropriate link below. If unsure of where the employee is assigned, please forward the letter to the Office of the Chief. A copy of the complimentary letter will be placed in the employee's personnel file. Requestors will be notified via a letter from the Office of the Chief that the Department has received the compliment.
