The MPDU Homeowners program is sending out certification letters to MPDU homeowners on a rolling basis, to verify the homeowner is occupying the home. These letters are going out in batches, based upon the development name. Each batch of letters has a distinct deadline. You must 1) complete the form, 2) have it notarized, and 3) return it and all required documents to DHCA by the deadline specified on the letter.
