Vendor Qualifications in the Central Vendor Registration System (CVRS) must be able to submit a W-9 with legal business name and the matching Federal Tax ID number and be able to show that the company is in good standing with the State of Maryland's Department of Assessment and Taxation (SDAT) to be a qualified vendor.
