Taxi drivers may pickup a credit card processor registration form at the Taxicab Office, 101 Monroe Street, 5th Floor, Rockville, MD 20950 between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Wednesday. Applications must be picked up in person.
