Parking rates at the Council Office Building parking garage are subject to change; Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and the rates are as follows: first hour, $1.00; 1-2 hours $3.50, 2-3 hours $6.00; 3-4 hours $7.50, 4-5 hours $9.00 and 5 hours plus $9.00. Lost ticket charged max daily rate of $9.00. Customers entering facility prior to 9:00 AM will be charged from 9:00 AM until the exit time.
