Ride On Monthly Pass on SmartTrip Card is accepted on Ride On local bus routes. The Ride on Monthly Pass on SmartTrip Card is NOT ACCEPTED ON METRO. Customers with SmartTrip card issues, including refunds, must contact the SmartTrip Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) to provide detailed information, including their registered SmartTrip card number.
