Notice of Violation (NOV) letters are sent to landlords who have not completed the Annual Rental Housing Survey, which is due on April 30 each year. These letters are titled Notice of Violation and include instructions for completing the survey. No penalty will be assessed if the survey is completed by the deadline specified in the NOV.
If you need to find your rental license, click the link below. To complete the survey, sign in with the email address on file with Licensing and Registration. If you have forgotten your Access MCG password, click the 2nd link below to reset it.
Once you complete the survey, please email DHCA at [email protected] to confirm that the survey has been submitted. Please include your license number in the email.
