Changes may be made at any time voter registration is open. A change must be made in writing and include the following: complete name, date of birth; old and new names. The form must be dated and signed. The voter registration application may be used to make changes and is available at the BOE or State website or it can be emailed or faxed. Voters may also text word VOTE to 77788 to update their voter registration. If a change of address is completed at the MVA, the information is sent to the local BOE for processing, unless it is indicated that voter registration information should not be changed.
