Ride On Flex

Ride On Flex is an on demand microtransit pilot program serving two small geographically designated zones in Montgomery County. The service begins on June 26, 2019 and will run for one year as a pilot program. The county's new on demand transit service is a convenient new option to help customers get around in defined Rockville and Glenmont/Wheaton zones. Riding the Flex is easy! Just download the Ride On Flex application to your smartphone; select a pickup and drop off location within the zone; and go to the nearest pickup location corner. Please visit the link below for more information.

Riders should complete the post-ride survey they will receive after each ride. After a rider is dropped off, the rider will automatically see inside the app an invitation to rate their ride with 1-5 stars.

Riders can tap the "Contact Ride On Flex" button in the mobile app and email questions or issues to Ride On. To access the button, riders should click the three horizontal bars at the top left corner of the app screen, above the "Requested Pickup" bar. After doing so, they will see a link to "Contact Ride on Flex" at the bottom left corner of the screen. Tapping that link will take them to a screen where they will see a link to e-mail Ride On Flex.

Riders can email Ride On at RideOn.FlexCustomerService@montgomerycountymd.gov.
