Office of Human Rights Intake Complaint and Inquiry

The Office of Human Rights takes complaints Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 4 PM. Appointments may be made but are not required. An intake may be made in person, by phone or by mailing an intake form. Anonymous complaints cannot be accepted, as the employer, housing provider or business against which the complaint is being made, must be contacted for a response to the complaint.

Online users who have additional questions and would like to be contacted by a departmental staff member may submit a request by clicking on the Create Service Request button below. Please complete all of the fields in the Contact Information section and provide a brief description of the request in the Brief Description field.
