Walk-in Landlord-Tenant Complaints

Walk-in complaints about a landlord or tenant are accepted between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays at the Landlord Tenant Affairs Office located at 1401 Rockville Pike, 4th Floor, Rockville, MD 20852.

Please note: walk-ins are on a first come, first served basis. It is best to go into the office in the morning, and customers will not be seen after 4:30 PM. Alternatives to in person service is to send an email to the office: olta.intake@montgomerycounty.com. An office representative will respond within 48 hours.
