Report MPDU Class Registration and Application Issues

To report issues with registering or cancelling Class #1 (First Time Homebuyer) contact HCI, Inc. at 301.590.2765 or by email at info@hcii.org. Only submit a service request to the MPDU office for issues with Class # 2 (MPDU Orientation Seminar), Class #3 (MPDU Application Tutorial), or creating an Access MCG account for new or renewal application.

ALL CLASSES ARE VALID FOR ONLY TWO YEARS. If you have not applied to the MPDU program within two years of taking any of the classes, you must re-take those classes. Additionally, these classes need to be taken in the following order: Class #1. First Time Homebuyer, Class # 2. Orientation Seminar and Class # 3. Application Tutorial. Find available schedules are at the links below and make sure to read the registration instructions, as there is a specific date when a class opens for registrations. A Registration Option will be available on that date.

Instructions for submitting an online request:

Please complete the Contact Information section and provide description of the request in the Brief Description box.

Include the name and email of the person that is applying (if different from the name and email entered in the contact information), and the MPDU certificate number if you are renewing your MPDU certificate. Be specific about the nature of the issue. For example: "I have taken a First Time Homebuyer class from an external agency and need to validate it", or " I received and error message when submitting my online application",etc.
