Information regarding the registration status of a Common Ownership Community (COC) is available at the Department of Housing and Community Affairs Website using the link provided.
Enter COC Name or Registration Number in Search Box in table on right. Select Registration Number link in left column to see full COC record. Under General Information tab, scroll down to Registration Status to see if COC is Registered or Unregistered.
