How to Obtain a Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Rental Apartment

Anyone interested in renting a Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) apartment must apply directly to an apartment complex that has MPDU apartments available. The MPDU office does not provide applications, accept applications, or issue Certificates of Eligibility for MPDU rentals.

The apartment complex will collect the household size and income information needed to determine if the household is eligible to rent an MPDU apartment. Detailed information on the MPDU rental program can be found on the MPDU website under "MPDU Apartment Rentals Program". A list of complexes with MPDUs is also accessible at this site, by selecting "MPDU Rental Complexes."

Frequently asked questions about the MPDU rental program are accessible at the link "Moderately Price Dwelling Unit Program FAQs".
