Renewal License Fee Invoice, Payments and Due Date for Rental Facilities

If a rental property is currently licensed, a renewal notice and invoice will automatically be mailed on or by July 1st of the new year. Renewal invoices will include instructions for online payments with credit cards or eCheck; however online payments for the next year cannot be made until July 1st of the new registration year. An AccessMCG account is required to make online payments. Mailed payments should be sent to PO Box 829463 PHILADELPHIA PA 19182-9463. Payments will not be processed until July 1st of the new registration year. All payments are due no later than July 31.
