The RainScapes program is applicable in most areas in the County barring the city of Gaithersburg, Rockville and Takoma Park. Allow plenty of lead time when requesting speakers as there is a high demand for speakers.
For inquiries requiring the response of a DEP investigator, requestors will typically be contacted within 3 days although resolution of the issue may take longer depending on the circumstances of the case.
