Call-n-Ride (CNR) and Same Day Access (SDA) Recertification

CNR participants' recertification's are to be completed every two years for continued participation in the program. On the other hand, SDA participants' recertification is required when their MetroAccess Card expires, therefore, SDA recertification has to be renewed before the expiration of client's MetroAccess Card. Recertification forms are mailed to the client when recertification is needed. If you have not received your recertification application or your CNR/SDA swipe card has expired or for general information about recertification or to follow-up or get status update on your recertification, please contact the CNR Program Office at 301.948.5409 (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
