The Office of Human Rights is located at 21 Maryland Avenue, Suite 330, Rockville, MD., 20850 (on the third floor of the Rockville Library in Rockville Town Square). The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Complaints are taken in the office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The elevators to the Human Rights Office are restricted to badge-only access. Appointments are requested for people who want to visit the office. To make an appointment, call the main office phone: 240-777-8450, or email the general email inbox: Human-Rightsadministration@montgomerycountymd.gov. Once you arrive at the Rockville Library, we ask that you contact the Human Rights Office on 240-777-8457 and wait near the MCPL check-out desk. A Human Rights staff member will come to escort the person up to suite 330.
