To request a permit to be cancelled, send a letter to the Department of Permitting Services, 2425 Reedie Drive, 7th Floor Wheaton, Maryland 20902 with the permit type, permit number, permit address and reason for canceling the permit. The Department of Permitting Services will research your request and respond in writing.
