The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection Recycling and Resource Management Division has established agreements with a number of residents located near the closed Oaks Landfill to pay their water bills. These residents may receive a courtesy water bill from WSSC to notify them of their respective usage. Receipt of this water bill is not an indication to pay.
