Alcohol Credit or Refund Not Received - Retail Shopper

Returns will be made using the original method of payment. For credits/refunds over $250, ABS will refund the payment either on a gift card or if paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to the credit card. If paid by cash, Finance will cut a check in the refund amount which will be mailed. If the method of payment used has been lost or is no longer valid, store credit will be issued. *ABS will process returns immediately, however, financial institutions have up to 14 days to return funds to the purchaser?s account. Returns for cash purchases over $250 dollars will be made in the form of a check that will be mailed to you. This may take up to four weeks for the customer to receive. If you would like to check the status of your refund, the Communication Center can check the status with the Finance Team.
