Rebate checks are contingent on multiple required documentation being filed with the DEP, including receipts, a W-9 form, a signed and submitted property owner agreement and a final inspection by DEP Staff members. Refund checks are usually generated within 6 weeks after DEP accepts the finished project and all required documentation has been submitted.
