Montgomery County provides 18 gallon blue bins to recycle bottles, cans and jars for residents who receive County-provided curbside recycling collection. 22 gallon bins are no longer available. Recycling and Resource Management Division is limiting bins orders to 2 bins per Calendar year. As an alternative, recyclable materials can be placed in cardboard boxes or large containers with an attached County decal (The container cannot weigh more than 45 pounds). Bins are delivered the week after they are ordered if the order is received by 2:00 PM Friday. The Recycling and Resource Management Division cannot advise what day they will be in the neighborhood and delivery is not related to the recycling collection day.
