Enrollment Forms are processed immediately upon receipt. Confirmation statements are sent with every change or update processed. Montgomery County Employees can check the Self-Service Portal to view completed benefit changes. Participating Agency Employees and County Employees may call the carriers directly to verify coverage. Updated information entered by the Office of Human Resources Health Insurance Team will be visible within 2 to 3 business days after processing.
