This program assists individuals living with severe mental illness or a co-occurring substance use condition with applying for social security benefits such as SSI and SSDI. Eligibility includes the presence of a behavioral health condition and homelessness (or at-risk of homelessness). The program is operated through a partnership between EveryMind Inc. and the LBHA.
