TASC will be the County?s new third-party administrator for all Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) beginning January 1, 2027. The health care FSA limit has increased to $3,400 per year, and the childcare FSA limit will remain at $7,500 per household. To participate in an FSA for 2027, you must (re)enroll during Open Enrollment. 2026 FSA participants will receive additional information later this fall about the transition.
All 2026 health care and dependent care FSA expenses must be incurred by 3/15/27 and all claims must be submitted for reimbursement by 4/30/27, or you will forfeit your remaining balance.
