Employees should use the Self-Service Benefits system to make changes to their 2027 benefits or to enroll or re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Account for 2027. Instructions are available at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/OE. Any open enrollment changes made online will generate a Confirmation Statement, which will be sent to your county email account at midnight. You can make changes as many times as you like, up until the deadline on Friday, October 23, at 5 pm. The system automatically saves every click, so be sure that your final selections reflect your desired plans and covered dependents before the deadline. All changes and required documentation must be submitted by the deadline. Health insurance plans that are not changed will continue to show their earlier effective dates. Changes become effective January 1, 2027.
