Semi-Annual tax bills are due September 30th of each year. The second installment is due December 31st. Supplemental and revised tax bills are due 30 days from the time of issue. To avoid Tax Lien Sale, payment due dates are April 30th, May 30th, and the Friday before the second Monday in June.
For a due date falling on a weekend or a holiday, payment (only for real property taxes) will be accepted on the following business day without additional interest and penalty.

Express mail: Montgomery County Division of Treasury address above. Express mail is sent out to JPM in NY (the County's banking institution). Includes FEDEX, UPS, USPS and 99% of all regular mail that is sent to the Rockville location.
