To check the status of an existing request, click the link below titled "How to Check the Status of a Request." You will need the email address used to submit the request and the service request number. An existing service request will be noted as in progress, a sub status of fulfillment at department means the responsible department has picked up the request and is working on it. If you do not have an email address or a service request number, please contact MC311 between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
