Due to a new referral process which must be initiated by a County case worker, there is no longer a Rental Assistance Program (RAP) waiting list.
The RAP is under Services to End and Prevent Homelessness (SEPH) which is located at the Department of Health and Human Services, 1301 Piccard Drive location, 4th Floor, suite 4200, Rockville, MD. 20850.
There is a lock box at the entrance of the north side of the building, where recertifications and related documentation can be dropped off. The box is labelled for the Rental and Energy Programs
