The Board of Appeals decides certain Conditional Use (Formerly known as Special Exception) cases, when the Hearing Examiner's decision is appealed to the Board. The Board of Appeals is under the same restrictions as Council members with regard to speaking to anyone outside their public meeting or reading any materials outside the Hearing Examiner's record.
