The Annual Leave decrement of 0.5 hours of annual leave is a mandatory deduction from all MCGEO members (FOP members contribute 3 hours and IAFF members contribute 2 hours annually) and occurs on the 2nd Paycheck in July. The deduction is printed on the last paystub for July.
